We invite qualified suppliers, contractors, and service providers to participate in our open tender opportunities. Our Request for Quote (RFQ) process ensures that we receive competitive bids for the goods and services required to deliver high-quality outcomes across our projects.

Feral Cat control contractors needed

  3. Clarifications & Questions: Any clarifications or questions regarding the RFQ should be submitted via email to Bethany Murphy by 5pm Friday 20th September 2024.  Responses will be shared with all participants.
  4. Evaluation process: All submissions will be evaluated based on price, experience, capacity, and alignment with the project requirements. Shortlisted applicants may be invited for further discussion or presentation.

Terms & Conditions: All Quotes submitted must adhere to the conditions outlined in the RFQ document.  Late submissions will not be accepted.  We reserve the right to reject any and all submissions without explanation.

REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION: Response

  1. Can responders be provided with specific site locations in order to confirm logistical/mobilisation requirements? We are unable to disclose the locations, however these are located in far South West QLD.
  2. Can responders select a preferred location or respond for 1 specific site? Project sites have already been determined, we’re not asking responders to nominate sites. Responders can quote on either one or two sites.
  3. Are any sites currently undergoing pest management programs? Project sites currently undertake normal agricultural pest control.
  4. If sites are currently undergoing pest management programs can responders be provided with the details?
  5. Is there accommodation available on each site? We are currently in negotiations with landholders for accommodation, please itemise your quote so we exclude accommodation if accommodation is available.
  6. What amenities/services are available on each site? As above.

    a) Water, Power, 3G/4G, Shower, Toilet 

  7.  Is there public/other staff access to the sites during control windows? This is subject to landholder approval.
  8. Will there be concurrent cattle operations during control windows? Project sites will be on operating cattle stations.
  9. Is it permissible to adjust control windows, provided all controls are completed by Nov 2025 and notification periods are met, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, that can occur in regional environments? Control windows are the aim of the project, however subject to negotiation based on seasonal conditions.
  10. What metric is being used to measure the effectiveness of the control? Efficiency of cat control,  cat control effort and threatened species response,
  11. Is there a threshold for the effectiveness of the control? The project has no predetermined thresholds.
  12. Can responders employ suitably qualified subcontractors? All contractors proposed to deliver the service should be identified in the quote submission.
