Frequently Asked Questions
What is your refund policy?
Refunds will be given up until 30 June 2021 less a 10% administration fee. Cancellation before the 19 September 2021 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after this date. Registrations are fully transferable and DCQ must be advised prior to the event in writing.
Do you offer student discounts?
We don’t currently offer a student rate but please contact us to inquire about scholarships.
Do I need to bring a printed ticket?
Provided we have your correct details you can register by showing identification.
Do you offer bulk ticket purchase discounts?
We have endeavoured to subsidise the cost of the conference as much as possible and a bulk rate is not offered.
